Bulk Orders
Reserve a whole or half animal — beef, pork, or lamb. You choose the cut sheet. We handle the rest. The best price per pound you'll find anywhere.
Reserve a ShareThe Process
Simple. Transparent. Better than grocery store beef at a fraction of the per-pound price.
Pick your species (beef, pork, or lamb), your size (whole or half), and your breed tier for beef.
Reserve your animal with a 50% deposit. The deposit commits your animal to your order — nothing ships until processing is complete.
We'll send you a cut sheet. Tell us how you want your animal broken down — steak thickness, roast size, ground beef ratio, bone-in vs. boneless.
Your animal is processed at our USDA facility in Nephi, Utah, vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen. Shipped or available for local pickup.
Why Buy a Share?
A bulk share is the original farm-direct model — and it's still the best one. You get more meat, at a better price, from an animal you know.
Buying in bulk means you skip the retail margin. A half beef priced per pound is significantly cheaper than buying individual cuts — sometimes 30–40% less.
Want extra ground beef? More steaks, fewer roasts? Thick-cut or thin? You tell us. We don't dictate how your animal gets processed — you do.
You're buying a specific animal from a specific ranch. You know where it was raised, how it was cared for, and who processed it. That's not possible in a grocery store.
All cuts are vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen. A stocked deep freezer means you always have premium meat on hand — no last-minute grocery runs for cheap beef.
Every share purchase goes directly to Circle 7 — no broker, no distributor, no grocery chain. You support the operation that raises the beef you eat.
Beef Shares — Half vs. Whole
For most families, a beef half is the right starting point. A whole is ideal for larger households, group buys, or serious BBQ enthusiasts.
Most Popular
The right choice for a family of 2–5. Fills a standard deep freezer. You'll get a representative sample of every cut — steaks, roasts, ground beef, and ribs.
Max Value
For larger families, groups splitting the cost, or serious meat buyers who want a year's supply locked in. The best price-per-pound option we offer.
Common Questions
How much freezer space do I need?
A general rule: 1 cubic foot of freezer space per 35–40 lbs of beef. A half beef (~225 lbs) needs roughly 6–8 cubic feet. A full-size chest freezer (7–10 cu ft) handles a half beef comfortably. For a whole, you'll want two smaller freezers or one large upright (16–20 cu ft).
What's the deposit and when is the rest due?
We require a 50% deposit to commit your animal to processing. The balance is due when your order is ready — before it ships or is available for pickup. Deposits are non-refundable once the animal has been committed to processing.
Can I customize my cut sheet?
Yes — that's the whole point. After you reserve, we'll send you a cut sheet where you specify steak thickness, roast sizes, how you want your ground beef packaged (1 lb or 2 lb), bone-in vs. boneless, and whether you want extras like oxtail, bones for stock, or organ meats.
What does "hanging weight" vs. "finished weight" mean?
Hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after slaughter — before trimming and boning. Finished (take-home) weight is what you actually receive. Typically, finished weight is 55–65% of hanging weight for beef. We price our shares on finished take-home weight, so there's no guesswork.
How long does it take from reservation to delivery?
Processing timelines depend on scheduling availability. After you reserve, we'll give you an estimated timeline. From animal commitment to delivery typically runs 3–8 weeks depending on the season and processing schedule.
Can two families split a whole beef?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Two families each get a half at the whole-beef price per pound, with each half custom cut to their own preference. Just coordinate your cut sheets separately and we'll handle two distinct orders.
Where is the beef processed?
All our beef, pork, and lamb is processed at our USDA-inspected facility in Nephi, Utah. Every pound is federally inspected and fully compliant. Processing is done on a weekly schedule.
