The Ranch
Circle 7 runs cattle, sheep, and hogs on open rangeland near Mt. Pleasant, Utah — Sanpete County, central Utah. The land has shaped everything about how we ranch. Clean air, wide open space, and the kind of terrain that builds well-conditioned animals.
We raise three breeds of cattle — Black Angus, F1 Wagyu/Angus Cross, and American Wagyu — along with pasture-raised lamb and heritage pork. Every animal is raised without added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. That's not a marketing line. It's just how we do it.
Why Direct
When you buy beef at a grocery store, you're buying from a supply chain with six hands between the ranch and your plate. The margins get squeezed at every step, and so does the quality.
We sell direct because it's better for you and better for us. You know exactly where your meat came from, how it was raised, and who raised it. We get a fair price for the work we put in. Nobody in the middle takes a cut.
Our Beef Program
We offer three tiers because not every customer is the same — and not every meal calls for full-blood Wagyu. But every tier meets the same standard on the ranch.
- Black Angus — The American standard. Well-marbled, consistent, and raised right here on Utah rangeland.
- F1 Wagyu/Angus Cross — More marbling, more flavor. Wagyu genetics in a frame that's built for our range.
- American Wagyu — Pure Wagyu. Exceptional marbling, buttery texture, and flavor you'll remember.
Lamb & Pork
Beyond beef, we offer pasture-raised lamb and heritage pork — the full range of cuts, plus whole and half animal shares for families who want to stock their freezer right.
